Are these physical products or digital products that will be shipped to my house?
We sell both physical and digital products. Digital products will be clearly marked as such. These are digital/PDF files and nothing will be shipped. All digital items are instantly available for download once purchased.
It will be clearly stated in the product description if an item is a digital download or a physical product(apparel, accessories or home decor etc. ). Physical products will be shipped and delivered.
Physical products ship from the USA or Europe(depending on the location of the customer)

Shipping times vary according to product.
These are the maximum shipping times:
USA – 15 business days
International – 20 business days
Generally speaking your package should arrive before then.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and is based on where you live.
Where do the physical products ship from?
All products ship from either the USA or from Europe, depending where the customer is based.
What is your refund policy?
Digital Products:
Due to the digital nature of some the products in the shop, we do not offer refunds or returns at this time. All sales on digital items are final. Our product listing pages show clear images of each product, so please review them carefully before you purchase to ensure that you are receiving exactly the item that you expect to receive.
Physical Products:
Each item is created/manufactured as an order comes in, so unless your items arrive damaged or you accidentally receive the wrong item, we cannot process cancellations, returns or exchanges. If you get a damaged or incorrect item then please email bestnewlife1@gmail.com so we can sort it out immediately.
Can I use multiple discount codes for my order?
Unfortunately, only one discount code may be used per order.
What is the best way to print my digital items?
You can print your pages on your home printer or have them printed at a print shop/office supply store. Please also note that printed colors may vary slightly based on each individual printer.
Do you offer technical support?
No. All computers and printers are very different and as such we are unable to offer technical support at this time.

All of our printables/digital products are copyrighted and are intended for personal use only. The printables/digital products may not be shared or distributed beyond the original purchaser.
They may not be altered in any way or sold for profit by anyone other than the original creator. Thank you so much for understanding and adhering to these guidelines.
Customs Duty and Taxes
Please note that customers are responsible for paying all customs/import duties and taxes for any physical products bought. Under no circumstances will Designed For Success be held liable for the payment of such taxes and costs.
Wrong Address
We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address, so please make sure your address is correct at checkout.
Cancellations
Because all of our items are printed only once ordered, we unfortunately do not allow cancellations after your order is placed. So please kindly be sure about your purchase before you place an order. We are not able to offer exceptions to this policy.
